Someone is responsible for this way of thinking, no logical society believes everyone is biologically equal despite scientific evidence contrary to the fact unless they have been "brainwashed" into thinking in such a way.

Who is doing this subversion is another question fraught with controversy, some believe it to be Jews (Hitler being the key figure here), some believe communists (Yuri Bezmenov's claims) or the ruling class, all using it to create conflict and weaken the population.
