Seems pretty unlikely. Afaik, the current thinking is that the ancestors of the Urailics and the Nordics survived the last ice age somewhere in Siberia before spreading west, but some might have gone east. The idea they originated in the far east seems implausible, tho.
Archeological cultures are not thought to correspond with ethnographic groups.
