I don't even know what you are trying to say here. Are you talking about how people in Anatolia did not maintain the same ethnic identity over millenia? Or about how some people online espouse multiple contradictory identities at once?

Turkey is an interesting case.

Area with the most prominent nasal profiles and longest noses, invaded by the direct offspring of flat-faced Mongolians, and then to assume much of the cultural heritage of those Asians.

Anatolia has been conquered so many times I highly doubt there is genetic continuity between its different successful inhabitants.

If you're talking prior to classical Anatolia, maybe, but they were clearly assimilated under the Greeks ever since Alexander and throughout the Roman and Byzantine periods. The languages held out until first couple of centuries AD. Unless the Turks genocided 10 million people I think was present at the time, then it's safe to assume that the genetic legacy ever since the Hittites is present.

Also, one shouldn't think of Anatolia too much as intermixed but as a "mosaic".
