Did Shu even have a chance to restore the Han throne or is it just a fantasy?
>inb4 MUH KONGMING PSSH NOTHING PERSONNEL KID
Cute little statelets can do amazing things if their enemies are retarded enough. Shu's enemies were not retarded though so it was pure fantasy.

Let's be honest, he went full retard from the conquest of the riverlands onward. Success went to his head and he stopped listening to his advisors.

No because by the time Shu happened Cao Pi had already offed the emperor. Even if Liu Bei managed to reunite China, it should be considered ca different dynasty, I mean after all how distantly related was he, 15 generations away?
If they kept Jing, then yes.
Traitorous river pirates ruined that, though.

If Liu hadn't wasted a lifetime of soldiers and supplies on a foolish revenge mission then maybe. Hell if had just accepted Sun Quan's offer of peace (which included Jing province) then he might have stood a chance. Shu died the day his 700 000 strong army got burnt to a crisp.
But even then it was a stretch. Liu Beu represented the old rule, with the anarchy that came with it. Cao Cao had solved all the issues plaguing the north china plain and had the support of the people. Liu Bei was just a charismatic upstart.
