What philosophies or philosophical positions do you adhere to?

I think Taoism is less retarded than it seems at first. Humans just get in the fucking way and usually shit resolves itself.

Can't say I really adhere to any one in specific though.

Of the philosophers, I'd say I liked Spinoza the most.

Utilitarianism, Hedonism, Empiricism and Monism.
Epicurus is my all time favorite.
