Interesting. Always with such stuff the question is whether it's authentic.
As for Stalin, from what I've read it's pretty clear that he was no robot. He liked to go on trips out to the country and get drunk and tell old stories and dirty jokes and so on. He certainly had a human side. But at the same time, he was a ruthless paranoid totalitarian dictator.
