Why are Christianity and Islam not as hard to convert to as Judaism?

Do you think harder conversion processes make better members of the religion? So only the serious folk get through?

Christianity and Islam are not ethno-religions. The whole point of christianity is not being an ethno-religion. Islam got more traits reminiscent of an ethno-religion but that path was closed when arabs got an empire very soon after the formation of their religion.

In Yahwhism you only need to cut your prepuce(and not your entire foreskin) and follow the Torah
