So this is basically "What happens if the Russian Empire survives WW1"? That really depends on what happens with Constantinople. Great Britain promised that Russia would get Constantinople at the end of the war if it resulted in Entente victory. Capturing Constantinople and the Dardanelles has long been a foreign policy objective for the Russians, both for religious reasons, and for military reasons. Whoever controls Constantinople can also control access to the Black Sea. The Black Sea has immense economic and military importance for Russia, and controlling the Dardanelles would make Russia's position in the Black Sea much more secure. Knowing this, Great Britain has schemed for decades to prevent Russia from acquiring the Dardanelles in a long series of intrigues known as "The Great Game." However, as part of the Triple Entente agreement, Great Britain promised that they would finally stop, and Russia would be allowed to take possession of Constantinople and the Dardanelles after the war if the Central Powers were defeated.
And so the question becomes, would Britain have kept their promise, or not? Probably not. They would have probably given Constantinople to Greece instead of Russia because "muh balance of power." This would immediately leave Russia feeling tricked, betrayed, and embittered. WW2 is started whenever Russia decides to take Constantinople away from Greece.
