Show: The Merovingians
Political Intrigue, betrayal, assassination and war. Set in the early Frankish kingdoms, opposing queens Brunhilda and Fredegund face each other with with all the tools at their disposal, be them armies or hidden daggers.
Brunhilda is the good one, warrior woman. Fredegund the bad one, conniving woman.
Appearing are their husbands, children and other relatives, Gregory of Tours and as well a group of commoners affected by the wars of their superiors.
Show starts with those two starting their lifelong blood feud and ending with Brunhilda being executed by Clothar, who is set to rule unchallenged.
