For the people who are actually interested in this and not OP's shitty bait, the answer is relatively straightforward. Japan has a colosally high population density, especially around Tokyo, which is the economic center of the country. The entire economy is distorted by housing prices and mortgages, and a slight ripple in that sector that could be dealt with in another economy is earth shattering to the Japanese economy.

Like every other keynesian social democracy, Japan's economy hit a wall. But instead of "solving" the problem like the West did (which is to import millions of brown laborers who will be exploited into the country, ship off factories to China, and allow all sorts of financial shenanigans), Japan buckled up and took the hit. Well, that's true but, what's the points of economics then? You always want to have economic growth to make your citizens live better till you hit the wall of inflation. Since Japan has a debt of 270% primarly own by japanese private investors and you have to repay those loans, those investors will get paying your budget instead of researching to be able to produce more offer and make the economy have a light but constant growth over time.

What you say of course has a lot of sense, but I bet that there was quite of improvement in the offer in the Japanese economy since the 90's, and if the demand can't grow on its own you need a goverment to lend a hand that isn't spending all of its budget on loans.
