Not true. Capitalism enables racism. This is why black people can't be racist. They have no institutional power, so they can only truly be prejudiced. Being prejudiced and being racist are two very different things, because one requires power and black people by definition have no power.

I would argue that there are two kinds of racism.
1. Racism on an intitutional level
2. Racism on a personal level
black people can be racist on the second level.
Otherwise you would simplify the matter by simply saying a black factory owner who only hires blacks, because of their race, cant be racist since and a white unemployed who does not have any influence over anyone can be racist for as long as more "decisionmakers" are white.
