How would Russia have turned out differently had Nicholas not been removed from power? Wasn't the country in the process of industrializing towards the end of his reign?

The Soviet Union not existing would have profound consequences for the entire world, not just for Russia. For starters, if the Tsardom had survived the war, they probably would have annexed a sizeable chunk of Germany at the end of the war, sort of like what our real-world USSR did after WW2. Poland wouldn't exist as an independent nation at all. There is also a very strong possibility that Russia would acquire Constantinople in the aftermath of the war if the Tsardom survives. Red China would also probably not exist because I doubt that Czarist Russia would tolerate Mao for very long.
