True or false?

If true, doesn't this mean that individuals should study morality before they study politics? Doesn't this also mean that any political disagreement is due to the different moral positions held?

I disagree. Morally I'd love to shower people less well off with money and help, but financially and logically I remain skeptical that society's underclass is a few bucks away from becoming productive and law abiding, and this forms the basis of my political stance
