Most of the gulf states economically are some of the richest in the world. And while their values are in fact abhorrent, it's for them to figure that out and improve, not for us to say that they are inferior. All civilizations progress and regress at their own rates. Jut because Europeans and certain groups of Asians got there faster does not make them superior.
