Realistically, how Europe and the world in the 20's-40's

Kaisrreich honestly isn't a bad guess.

Kaiserreich gets some things right (the Whites probably win the Russian Civil War and Germany would be stuck trying to hold Austria and Turkey together), but a lot of elements are less plausible and are only in there to make the game more interesting (like the American Civil War event chain, Germany sphering half of China, and La Plata forming for no reason). France falling to communist revolution is more likely than Britain due to Britain being less damaged by the war and having a less militant political culture. The stuff about southern Italy going communist and northern Italy falling under Papal rule is also pretty silly.
