I don't see how that would've stopped the 1943 Soviet war machine regardless. If anything it would just mean the european theater would last longer.

Yes. It turns out having a combined economy of roughly 6 times your adversaries will win out in the end more often than not.
By the way. "Enigma" refers to the main encryption the Germans used. Ultra was the program that cracked it.
