Where the fuck did this meme that capitalism is "natural" come from? I'm generally in favour of capitalism but this argument really grinds my gears. It's just as made up as literally every ideology ever conceived, yet I rarely see anyone else claim their ideology is "natural" but for most capitalists it's like a fucking commandment.
How did this start and why not with any other ideologies?
