Are there any other documented cases in history where someone told someone to kill themselves, actually did it, and then got jailed?

Why is /his/ so obsessed with this evil woman?
I didn't follow what she was charged with.
Was it assisted suicide?

Her boyfriend was mentally ill and talked about committing suicide, she repeatedly goaded him into actually doing it, and he did. As he did, through suffocation, she listened to him dying by phone and notified no one.

Yes, but what was she charged with?
LARGE

Hurting the judge's feels. She's appealing and will probably win.

I, for one, am glad that she is going to rot behind bars. I mean could you imagine a world where someone could just tell you to kill yourself? Like what if I were to post my opinion on the internet and then someone responds with "kill yourself" and perhaps implies that I fellate men in my spare time. I do not think I could handle that sort of abuse and am glad that such a reality has been prevented.
