Why didn't the Nuremberg trials touch the USSR ?
Also later why didn't the International Court take up the War crimes by Allied nations as a Suo motu action?

Because the whole point was to kick the losers while they were down, under the auspices of "justice".

If the soviets (winners) were judged, then the allies should to, there were crimes in all sides of the war

Maybe beause the trials were, by their definition, against Nazis?
Why would they? Some of the Judges at the trials were Soviets. A lot of it is just pride and nationalism. When an accusation is made against someone people get defensive. There was also nobody who was in a position of enough power to actually carry out any sentences against Soviets. If the Western Allies started talking shit about war crimes Uncle Joe would have said something along the lines of "Fuck off". And that would've been it. They weren't in a position to challenge the Soviets. If they wanted to the Soviets had enough men to occupy all the lands that had been previously conquered by Germany.

The trial however fucked over Soviets in one important matter. Baltic SS legions were found to be a separate organization from the rest of electricians.

Because it was the biggest kangaroo court in modern history.
