Why doesn't Christianity incorporate LIFTING as a necessary

This is a religion practiced by literal plebs and slaves that every single day got their asses beaten by the Roman pagans.

So the morality was the type of thing that such people would develop. Keep your head down, be a good worker, be docile, and comfort yourself with fantasies about an omnipotent deity killing all your enemies for you (any day now!)

When the religion did get popular with people that actually needed to be tough (say military) they hand-waved away the entire moral teaching, adding in some pagan stories with the names changed (ie all the king author myths) and went with that.
