How did a democracy win world war two and dominate the 20th century?
In a conflict between fascism and democracy it seems like fascism should come out on top, since a fascist regime can use much more extreme means to wage war. Is a capitalistic democracy a superior system in war time or did the US win due to other factors?

Are you completely ignoring the existence of USSR

The USSR was easily as brutal of a dictatorship as any of the Axis powers.
England was a democracy but at the start of the war controlled a huge amount of territory across the globe in a very undemocratic fashion.
The United States was a democracy unless you were black and lived in the south, in which case you basically lived in a dictatorship.
Labels like "democratic" and "fascist" are slippery at best.

Yet they drafted more whites than blacks proportionately, real solid dictatorship. Pretty sure being a black American in the 40's was better than being a normal citizen in a fascist state.
>inb4 "Well they drafted more whites bcuz they were so racist that they didn't even want to send them to a meat grinder"
