Different periods. Mongols didn't really win, they just raped southern part of Rus' realm and scared the rest into paying tribute. Paying tribute and raids here and there were the mode of relationship between Mongol successors and Russians until Russians wrecked them later on.
Unlike Mongols, Hitler aimed for a complete and total conquest and extermination/enslavement of native population.
