I don't get why we aren't allies of this country? They have a constitutional government similar to ours. It even presents so on this video I just saw. The socialist constitution of the DPRK guarantees the right to elect and be elected. Historically speaking, doesn't that mean that the American revolution and the DPRK are like the same? They both have constitutions.
