I was raised Catholic. What should I expect to be the same? And different?

Fucking Basques.

Depends eastern rite will be different considerably. Western rite wouldn't be too different. But even they can be rather different if they are very ethnic (like Syrian orthodoxy)

Which type are you going to?

Roughly comparable, unless you've only been to Vatican II "masses" your whole life.

Come home to Orthodoxy, senpai.

Almost all Eastern Orthodox parishes will follow the Byzantine Rite. You're most likely a Latin Catholic. Latin Catholics for the most part follow the Roman Rite. You should be able to notice the similarities without too much trouble, there are a lot of analogous parts. This is even more true if you've ever been to a Traditional Latin Mass.

Christians who follow the Byzantine Rite make the sign of the cross right to left rather than left to right as you'd be used to. There is also a lot of bowing. For the most part they stand for the whole liturgy, though some churches have pews. Is there anything specific you're wondering about?

>very ethnic

I'm pretty sure Malankara-ites aren't "ethnically Syrian". Then again OP was just talking about Eastern Orthodox
>>
How different would Orthodoxy be for someone who was raised Protestant (specifically Methodist)? Would I be totally lost?
