Roman Catholicism because you don't throw out your rationality with them. Things are pretty straightforward with their laws and rules, you know what is or is not permitted. Also you still follow apostolic tradition and know that Bible is sacred because Church said so and not because "Scriptura that must be sola" fell straight from heaven.

Being said that, I like Orthodoxy, but don't believe in icons worship so there's that.
