It'd make sense actually considering that americans are responsible for most the worlds tragedies, for example WW1 and WW2 were created by the USA in order to profit over the destruction of europe.
In this case of chernobyl it was likely instigated by the USA (((government))) in order to prove that only (((Capatalism))) works.
