If blacks invented so much and had some ancient advanced civilization, as some afro-centrists claim. Doesn't its imply the whites were better due to the fact that
A. They conquered a much more advanced culture
B. Quickly went from primitive tech to being able to fully exploit and reproduce the blacks technology
C. Go on to dominate the world with it?
