Again, no. The Habsburg Empire was just as much on the verge of collapse as the Russian and Ottoman Empires. Too many minorities, too many enemies, and too much intertwinement with Balkan chaos. The fact that it had to become the "Austro-HUNGARIAN Empire" after Prussia kicked its ass in the 1860s just goes to show how weak they were at that point.
And surprise, surprise, the first year of war against Russia and Serbia just went to illustrate how weak their nation had become. If the Central Powers had managed to win the Great War like they fucking should have, the nation would have immediately broken into pieces, with its parts of Poland and Italy going to their respective owners, Bosnia and Hungary becoming independent nations, and Austria itself (along with maybe the Czechs and Slovaks) would've finally admitted defeat and be absorbed into the German Empire, at last fulfilling the dreams of an almost pan-German nation to succeed and one-up the >H>R>E.
