Not really. There may have been a handful scattered across the entire continent somehow, but nothing like TV shows like The Hollow Crown where random lords and knights are black because that's how modern society is composed.

Like with all medieval art, it's important to check what is actually being depicted. Quite a few paintings that "clearly show medieval black people" are showing Saint Maurice, a soldier from Egypt in the Roman army.

There is the medieval PoC blog but their definition of "medieval" and "poc" are very, VERY broad. People standing in shadows are black apparently.

Europe used to be full of niggers who went straight down the Nile to the intercontinental trade network called the Mediterranean.

Ironically it was Islam that cut them off from Europe and began enslaving them giving them the reputation as strange creatures from another land. It was also Islam that caused Europeans to imagine Maurice and other historical figures as Negro rather than then predominantly Islamic Berber or Arab.
