For psychology, you get the most important empirical research available today. Anthropology at the highest (and most scientific) level.

With classical studies you get moral edification, it allows you to look at the world through an aristocratic (rather than democratic) lens.

Psychoanalysis since Freud has been pessimistic. When you spend all your time looking at Man's discontentments... the abyss also stares into you.

Nietzsche's psychology instead focused on the highest specimens available.

If you stop to consider both practices to be largely a result of Projection, its obvious which is better: the psychology of Power, not the psychology of sexual (et al.) frustration.
