He would end the world before that. His plan is to have a tiny group of faithful believers, 144,000 or something like that i forget the exact number, and rescue them and give Satan the world for 7 years. Then he comes back and murks Satan. At least that's he bible story.

From a theological perspective if he allows everyone to go atheist or to a false religion he would already have a plan. My guess would be another revelation to a prophet like before.
