I believe turkish fashion was the same as Central Asian fashion, everything else was copied from Western and Middle-Eastern people (the turban, for example).

Nah, they lost most of those passing through the Middle East.

The meme steppenigger robe for starters, but they did keep some of the Steppenig stuff like topknots, scalplocks, that stupid haircut that leaves your scalp shaven but you have silly braids hanging off your bangs, some hats, and the silk robe with the front buttoning.

Usually most of Central Asian fashion in the Ottoman Empire survives if it was used by the military. Especially the Cavalry.
