the key part here is leaving the religion. death is mandated for apostates, not everyone outside of Islam. tolerating the "people of the book", jews and christians, goes back to the beginnings of Islam. smash the idols, tax the monotheists (although I've heard that they were less tolerant of zoroastrians for some reason) and kill anyone who has already joined Islam but tries to leave. attack this, not a strawman.

Name one hadith or verse from the Quran that indicates that Muslims do not view non-Muslims as human beings. You seem to like Jews more than Muslims, despite the fact that there are parts of the Talmud that clearly say that non-Jews are not human
