Well Franco did a great economic management but i think he went a little bit authoritarian onto killing 200.000 people, plus the idea that he could restore Monarchy after his death was very silly.
Also, i think Gaddafi was also a great Middle East dictator. Arab socialism in general seemed to have worked out well.
