Nazi Germany was an extremely unstable and radical reactionary State

lets say hypothetically Germans invented the Nuclear Bomb first and forced the Allies into submission with it, winning the war.

1940's: There would almost be be a revolution instantly, especially in the USA. German rule would have enough trouble keeping all of Europe under control, let alone America. they would either have to cut their Reich in half, or face a massive civil war which would have lead to the collapse of Berlin. The Nazis would have to give up America, than even have a difficult time controlling Europe, while the Japanese would all ready be planing on betraying them or vice versa.

1950's: Being to difficult to keep the west under control, they give Britain and France independence to avoid another wold war. Hitler is seen as the psychopath he is and is removed either impeachment or a coup. Nazi Germany begins to fall part due to having an extremely broken form of government (since it mostly exist in a warring time). Nazi Germany would collapse and become Germany again, but things like communism and Jews would still be widely hated.

1960's - Now: things would go back to normal in the West, but all most all of Eastern Europe is either apart of Germany or apart of a German bloc (like soviet bloc). Russia either doesn't exist, or gained its independence through revolution.

In this scenario Germany doesn't join western civilization like today, so there probably would have been a third world war due to the differences in ideology. I highly doubt they would have ever made it to America, and if they did and brought nukes with them (only way they could have won the war), a mainland invasion of america would have forced us to outnuke them and glass all of Europe if it meant stopping Germany
