Largest countries with relative stability. Brazil is pretty developed too or you think it's all favela. It's problem is the income gap. Venezuela had until recent times one of the highest standards of living in the region and they still surpass many other places on the continent. Mexico is better than everything to the South except the micro states of Panama and Costa Rica. Nicaragua is probably a more enjoyable place to live than Mexico though.
