It's alright, her analyses are solid, though she mostly covers National Socialism in particular.
Eichmann in Jerusalem is good too if you want to explore the psyche and motives of people serving totalitarian regimes.

I was interested, but I doubt there's much to learn.
Any books objectively looking at the social and economic conditions that foster (can be left or right) totalitarian regimes, and why people feel drawn to them? I pretty much have an understanding, but there's always something more you can find out. I just don't want social attitude nonsense from the author.
