Russians killed far less of a % of their POW's than Germans did with Russians

>German captured by Soviets: 3.3 Million
>German prisoners who were killed: 374,000

>Soviets captured by Germans: 5.2 million

>Percentage: 69%

The Soviets were brutal for Allied standards but far more gracious than the Germans were. They even killed far less German civilians than the Germans did soviet civilians despite plenty of opportunity for revenge.
