not him but oldest objective evidence for "civilization", which includes the use of written language, is sumerian, and the oldest evidence for agricultural society with centralized power and artisans lies around turkey/northern syria. though I wouldn't be surprised if there were such societies around all three areas simultaneously. there is a lot we don't know about due to pic related.
