The doctrine of Fascism by Giovanni Gentile (I'm not sure who wrote it but I think it was him) its the only official ideological text regarding fascism I can think of.

It was a huge experiment and they each came up with good ideas in which every modern government uses today

However they also made some terrible mistakes

Its kinda dry though and its a tough read at times
