the last emperor of China. Yuan Shikai ruled as dictator after the Chinese Empire ended but then tried to declare himself emperor a few years later which caused most of his supporters (most importantly the military which he relied on to rule) to abandon him, thus heralding the warlord period. After the stinging rejection of many Chinese he backed down but then died later in 1916 of kidney problems a broken man. He deserved it though desu.
