Is it just high IQ mental masturbation?

More like a hobby for mediocre IQ people who are too uncreative to contribute in meaningful ways so they start writing incoherent essays and hope they will still be remembered despite being failures.
More or less a form of art. Kind of like literature, but not necessarily focused on a narrative. A philosopher does not study reality; they create a plausible explanation for something within reality as it relates to the human condition, to try and make sense of reality and our place within it.
Can we all agree that Wittgenstein was a subhuman and a stain in the history of biological life?

>dumb brainlet tries to give shallow analysis of philosophy

No. His philosophy of language (the latter stuff, anyway) isn't half-bad, and the analytic philosophers he spurred proved useful in computation.

He was bad at math so he decided to become a "philosopher of math" because he still thought of himself as a mathematician of some sort despite being inept.
Now, as a "mathematical philosopher" he of course turned out to be a complete fucking retard and made only autistic declarations and observations. He should have died in a ditch somewhere, forgotten by the world.

Philosophy became irrelevant after Kierkegaard and Nietzsche.
