Did Jesus exist?
I think he was real, but his actions are probably mixed with Middle Eastern mythology.
The parallels to Egyptian, etc mythology are unreal

Someone named jesus excsited, who knows beyond that. When the christians came to rome they found Jesuses execution order and treated it like an holy item.

Nobody knows. I personally think he didn't. Or at least absolutely nothing like the Bible says he was/maybe multiple people/myth or a mix of all of them. And good luck distinguishing between fact and fiction thousands of years later.
>did the most recognized and known historical figure ever live?
Atheists have hit a new low, the desperation is palpable.

very unlikely that jesus looked like that. Even the traditional european depictions are more acccurate. That guy is most likely a yemeni jew.

I don't think so. Those depictions make him look too western. A sephardi/mizrahi jew is probably the closest to what he looked like. It's unlikely he had long hair too.

I think he probably did. All that census guff to get a Nazarene born in Bethlehem and fulfill prophecy would've been unnecessary for a purely fictional character that they could've given any origin story they liked.

This is a Sephardi Jew, looks pretty similar to the early depictions of Jesus.

mizrahi can look as white as ashkenazi jews, and are normally lighter skinned then their host populations
