Its only pointless and retarded if it isnt a drawing of something. If its a really abstract drawing of something, its aesthetic and cool. If its random shit that could be anything and the artist didnt have anything in mind when he made it, its shit.

no shit, everything is pointless. life is meaningless. the only reason to do anything is because you want to. If you want to make weird art, or look at weird art, do it. If you wanna shitpost on /his/ do it. If you are asking why i like this piece in particular, i would have to say it is because it almost looks like it resembles something. the colors are light and bizarre, and i feel like there is more to it than meets the eye. whether there really is layers of depth to this image, or whether its only supposed to give off that impression i dont care, it gives me something to occupy my mind with. Tell me OP, what art do you like?
