Who is you're favorite Greco-Roman God? Goddess?
Personally, I've always loved Apollo and Hestia. He's such a generic choice, being the "Most Greek" God of all, but poetry, light, and medicine are just to good to pass up.
Hestia is also obvious, but she maintains a spot for literally never starting any conflicts. No cheating, no turning mortals into flowers or animals, no "Zeus wtf fix this problem NOW", just kindness.
Glaucus and the Dioskouroi are honorable mentions.
Not choosing Dionysus is a terribly plebian mistake.

Mithras because he has something for everyone.
Greek mysteries with Roman blood and gore.
Babylonian bull slaughter, but he does it so that good can triumph over evil, not just because he wanted to piss off a goddess.
Ancient Persian religion that inspired Roman legionaries to kill Persians.
Hades literally did nothing wrong
