I kind of wish Latin was taught at Sunday schools too, would be kind of awesome if the entire Catholic world could communicate in one language.

There would be a fuck ton less Catholics. Vatican 2 helped spread Catholicism to communities that otherwise wouldn't accept it.

I'm not sure to what extent that happened though. I know talking to different Catholics today, there's quite a few who prefer the ordinary form of the mass to the extraordinary, but whether that convinced them to join/stay in the Church had it not been an option is difficult to say.

Also, there's a faction that dislikes a lot of the changes as well, even though I'd say it's probably no more than 10-15% of Catholics who would likely care enough to speak out against it.
