Why did he sell Lombardy–Venetia to Austria? Seriously, that was a dick move. Was he butthurt because he was Genoan and Venice was always cucking Genoa in the Mediterranean? Luckily, one of his descendants helped undo that mistake later.

So ? Corsica had been through 50 years of war of independance from the genoeses when he was born, and his father actually fought them. There's a reason Napoleon erased the republic of Genoa from the map in 1805. Saying that Napoleon was genoese is plain stupid. Was Michael Collins english ?
