I think the Orthodox Church and Church of the East both preserve the original ambience of a divine mystery the best. Orthodox churches have gone on to become more extravagant in their practices. The Church of the East doesn't feature icons or statues in their churches today but this was not necessarily always the case.

In the absence of excessive artwork which can be distracting it's probably easier to focus on the main point of the faith. They may have also had an opportunity to develop in a way which was more consistent with the humility of the earliest Christian teachings as opposed to other churches which may have gone on to become governing institutions and at times lost track of their original morals.

The christological struggles were pretty much one side trying to make the other look bad while winning the favor of the emperor. Much more divergent beliefs have developed since then and the intricacies of it don't really affect the main points of practice or belief for the average layman.

There is probably a closer lingual connection with the language of Yeshua which could help bring the understanding of his words closer to their original meanings as opposed to in other languages where the sense of the words may have diverged over time in the course of translations even with the Greek.
There's probably a limit to this though since most scholars agree that the official bible of Syriac Christians was probably translated from a Greek source but there are earlier versions like the Old Syriac Evangelion Da-Mepharreshe ("Separated Gospels")/ Curetonian Gospels and the Diatessaron, though also seemingly translated from Greek, may also reflect in some parts an earlier oral tradition transmitted amongst Aramaic speakers and these texts often have the same wording used in the Peshitta.
