Finland also had """cities""" (nothing comparable to actual cities of the day, but trading towns existed) such as the "Varikonniemen rautakautinen asuinpaikka" and Turku for example pre-dates Swedes.
Also while Finns didn't have their own writing, they are mentioned several times in Viking and Novgorod sagas + papal letters.
