Let's poke holes in common ideas about eras and events that have been romanticized or misconstrued to fit a narrative:
>Rome fell for a multitude of reasons. No, it wasn't just immigration, Christianity, or homosex.
>Pirates are just glorified criminals on a boat.
>Most leaders in history have done some less-than-appealing shit sometime in their political career. Including the ones you like.

>>Rome fell for a multitude of reasons. No, it wasn't just immigration, Christianity, or homosex.
I mean you can blame it on a bunch of reasons, but I think there are two or three big ones and the others are just used to create some huge list for some historian to jerk to it.
>Pirates are just glorified criminals on a boat.
Plunder is pretty appealing, but the nasty pirates you see were usually just Privateers and mercenaries hired by their home country to plunder other boats.
>Most leaders in history have done some less-than-appealing shit sometime in their political career. Including the ones you like.
Everyone does bad shit, but some people make up for it.

>Judeo-Christian, not Gayco-Rhomo
Stonewall was what, 47 years ago? And after perpetual gay propaganda since that time, still barely 2 or 3 percent of the population in the west are homosexual. It's difficult to believe there were any more than 2 or 3 percent gays in Roman times. It's probably nothing more than another slur or propaganda point the Christcucks slimed them with as they destroyed the progress of the imperium.
